Is a security deposit required?

Yes, typically between EUR 5,000 and EUR 30,000 depending on the property value. The deposit is fully refunded within 14 days after departure if everything is in order.

Are the villas air-conditioned?

All villas in our catalogue have fully functional air conditioning. This is an essential selection criterion for us.

Can I host a private event at the villa?

Yes, in 95% of cases. Some co-ownership rules prohibit events of more than 30 guests: we always specify this in the quote.

Case by case. About 40% of our catalogue accepts pets, sometimes with a cleaning surcharge.

How far in advance should I book?

For the Cannes Film Festival, ideally 6-9 months ahead. For summer, 3-6 months. Off-season, a few days may suffice. We also handle last-minute bookings.
